Thank you for considering Good Gracious! Events for your next catered function. We strive to be more than just a caterer; our goal is to deliver excellent service as well as quality to every aspect of your special event, ensuring your vision becomes a reality.
Delivery Charges
- $50.00 One way delivery fee
- $100.00 Round Trip – If pick up of catering equipment is required
- Early, After hours or Saturdays will incur a higher delivery fee.
- Additional charges may apply to outlying areas as well as docking fees for downtown Charlotte
Minimums
- $125.00 Minimum order for breakfast deliveries
- $150.00 Minimum order for hot breakfast deliveries
- $125.00 Minimum order for cold lunch deliveries
- $150.00 Minimum order for hot lunch deliveries
- $175.00 Minimum order for hors d’oeuvre deliveries
- Friday evening, Saturday, Saturday evening and Sunday food minimums per person will apply. Please contact an event planner for further details.
- Social event pricing and food minimums may vary.
Food & Beverage
- Special Request and custom menus items may be designed by Good Gracious staff with the approval of the chef.
- GGE is able to provide alcoholic beverages for your event. Bar packages are available at a flat rate, per guest. The NC Beverage Commission regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. If GGE provides the alcohol for your event we are required to supply a bartender for the entirety of the event.
- Leftover food items may not be removed due to insurance restrictions.
- Pricing includes: Disposable Serving Utensils, Disposable Cutlery, Paper Cocktail Napkins & Disposable Plates.
- All hot items for breakfast and lunch menus will be presented in disposable chaffers
- All beverages will include disposable cups & ice.
Placing Orders
- We require a 48 hour advanced notice for all corporate events.
Service
- In order to ensure proper service throughout your event, GGE recommends the following staffing guidelines: 1 server for every 25 guests and 1 bartender for every 50 guests.
- All labor is charged at a rate of $22 dollars per hour, per staff member required. There is a four hour minimum required which will include travel, delivery, event time, set-up, breakdown & clean up. A managing supervisor will be in attendance thought the duration of your event.
- Chef Attendant or Carver is charged at a flat fee of $100.00.
- $40.00 per hour is charged if an Event Planner/Manager is required to be present for the event.
- There will be an 18% service charge on all costs related to rentals, set up fees, action stations, labor, ceremony fees, food & beverage costs.
Liability
- GGE is not responsible for damage to or loss of any items left on the property prior to or following any function. The customer is responsible for and shall reimburse GGE for any damage, loss or liability incurred by GGE due to the negligence of the client, the client’s guests or any persons or organizations contracted by the client to provide goods or services before, during and after the event.
Payments
- An event fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of your event or $1,000, whichever is greater, will be due in order to secure a date for the scheduled event.
- The signed contract must be returned to GGE no later than one week after booking the date.
- Credit Card payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Discovery will be accepted prior to delivery.
- Payment, including applicable sales tax and service charge, is due in full at the time of delivery unless a direct bill has been set up in advance.
- A credit card number is required to be placed in the file at the time the event is booked. This card is to be held in lieu of any damages or loss as a result of actions taken by the client or their guests.
Cancellations & Guarantees
- A final guarantee will be required 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, 100% of total anticipated revenue based on food & beverage minimums are due within 7 days.
- If a cancellation is made 8 or more days from the date of the scheduled event there will be no cancellation fee. |
